As I continue to crunch the numbers and organize the information, the amount of deceit that unfolds is staggering and baffling at the same time. Why baffling? I’m baffled that this deceit has been an ongoing deceit for decades AND many of the same players who have been knowingly lying to the public continued to get re-elected.
Are any veterans looking up information on their representatives?
Are any veterans, and/or their families looking up information on veteran-related bills? In Congress and/or the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs?
If any veterans and/or their families had been researching these items mentioned above, they would have realized that this has been, and continues to be, an ongoing problem in our country. How many lies did veterans hold onto as their last attempt at hope for a change? How many veterans died disappointed?
A nugget to add: Just because the mainstream media (MSM) stopped reporting veteran suicides, doesn’t mean it suddenly stopped. It doesn’t mean things ‘suddenly got better’ for the veteran community. From a veteran who is pretty busted up AND having to deal with a VA that is sub-par at best, it bothers me that the crimes, deceit AND deaths that could have been avoided, continue without focus.
Think veterans are not committing suicide at 20+ veterans a day? Prove it.
Why are veterans still committing suicide at record numbers (majority being Vietnam veterans) AND why will this continue? Here’s some possibilities:
-Politicians promise and few deliver actual bills that could save veterans
-Politicians promise loudly that they would hold the VA accountable, but do not
-Agent orange bills have been promised and proposed for decades, with few advancing into a law.
-Now burn pits, toxic exposures and radiation will be the current generations ‘Agent Orange’ very soon
-VA abuse hasn’t stopped.
-VA ‘leadership’ failures haven’t stopped, they’ve been deliberately stifled with employees tight-lipped. ‘Leadership’ who fail are moved, not demoted, while maintaining their same pay, regardless the level of demotion
-VA knowingly continues to push COVID vaccinations at this time regardless the peer reviewed studies showing the negative effects from the shot. Veterans are high risk (most) and would not fair well taking this VAX.
-Politicians propose bills to be on record, despite letting the bills die in committee. Then they wait to propose the same bill in the next Congress/Senate.
Bottom line: Politicians know few track on the bills being proposed, thus making their actions safe from identification.
Note: The below information contains topics I’ve focused on, which means that some bills may fit into multiple categories. For example, if a burn pit contains a section to focus on Education and Veteran Homelessness, then each category would reflect that. If a term (say the 115th) had 10 bills proposed, but adding up all the categories shows 17 categories and 11 bills advancing into laws, that would be the result of singular bills containing multiple areas.
